Google’s AI Overview describes the Seven Skin Method as “a Korean skincare technique that involves applying toner to the skin up to seven times to achieve a hydrated, radiant complexion.” I use it when my skin is especially parched to plump and infuse hydration, but there’s a trick: you have to use the right toner. It needs to be light enough to sink in and allow for layers and layers to be applied without pilling or becoming too heavy.
Here’s my list of the toners I’ve successfully used the method with in order of lightest to thickest (plus, they’re all non-pore-clogging):
Isntree Ultra-Low Moleculer Hyaluronic Acid Toner
Equal RXN Mushroom B5 Toning Cocktail
Frankly Cica 80 & HA Soothing Toner
Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner for Sensitive Skin
Imfrom Rice Toner
Tirtir Milk Skin Rice Toner
