WHAT I ASKED FOR

- rounded edges on my natural nails

since I’m trying to grow them out

- black base

- syrupy layered stars in blue and pink

Step 1

After removing my last set, filing, cuticle prep, dehydrator, and a base coat, Be applied an opaque black shade to all nails. These could also be cute with a jelly polish! I cured these for 90 seconds.

Step 2

Then, Be used a fun syrupy blue polish from Yogurt Nail Kr. in Blueberry + a liner brush to create the large base star on all nails. They didn’t have to be perfect because they’re going to mostly be painted over and the syrupy texture gives a bit of leeway! These were cured for 60 seconds + can be double layered if you want more depth + pigment.

Step 3

Second layer of stars! Here, she took another Yogurt Nail KR. shade in Strawberry Cream to create the top star. These are a bit smaller than the first stars so you can see a hint of the blue outline pop out. This created a super soft effect that made the stars look like they were glowing! Be did two layers of this shade, then we cured for 90 seconds.

Step 4

Topcoat time! Overall, I came in with a full gel set, so with removal and adding these, it took about an hour and fifteen minutes. (We watched Love Island USA Season 6 the whole time!)
